Looking Back at Detectival 2025: A Celebration of Discovery and Connection

It’s hard to believe it has already been close to a month since Detectival 2025. What an unforgettable event. Back on September 13th, we hosted dozens of conversations, live demos, and celebrations throughout a packed weekend, and now it’s time to look back, thank everyone, and celebrate what we achieved together.

Attendance and Atmosphere

Detectival 2025 brought together around one thousand metal detectorists from across the UK, Europe, and beyond. The energy in the fields and around the festival village was incredible, making it one of the most memorable events to date.

Highlights at the Minelab Booth

At Minelab, we aimed to create more than a display, offering a fully immersive experience. Throughout the show:

1. Hundreds of attendees visited our booth, joined hands-on demos, and exchanged knowledge with our engineers and product specialists.

2. Many participated in our 360° experience zone, testing, comparing, and learning about our technology in an interactive way.

3. We introduced fun gaming activities where visitors could play and earn exclusive Minelab swags.

4. We proudly showcased the brand new VANQUISH 60 Series (VANQUISH 360, 460, 560). The excitement around the launch was incredible, and the feedback from users was invaluable.

5. After the launch, the crowd enjoyed a live performance by Reef, turning the evening into a perfect mix of fun and community celebration.
